GOOOOOOOOOOODDDDDDD LUUUUUCCCCCCCK!!!!! You guys can do it! The little trick of selling your house is that you just pack up all of your wonderful treasures/junk and hide it all when people come to look. Cause then it looks better to them and they can see themseleves living in your house!! YEAH?!?!?! Best of luck! Just pack it, store it, hide it! :]
The kids do take over. We have been out numbered for years and our house and toys show it.
Aw that little boy is sooooo cute!! Those prospective buyers will just have to get over the kid junk. Maybe they'll have a lot of kids and it will make them feel right at home. We can only hope...huh.

Uglifier? I've never heard the word before, but I guess I know the definition...Although I don't know that you house is uglified...kids stuf = beautified!
