...the birds sing good morning." No, they really do at our house. We have all sorts o' colored birdies out there. Jacob likes to look out of the window and I like to pretend he's looking at the birds. I know he can't wait to get out there come springtime (well, I guess I could take him out anytime, since it was 65 degrees yesterday...details...we're more park people). Here he is getting excited to play in the backyard. Whenever momma gets him out there.

Oh yeah, and this is the first of a couple of new posts. The fun doesn't stop here!

Enjoyed the new blogs... That is one inquisitive little boy. When he starts walking you are going to have to watch him like a hawk. Are you saying that he doesn't like Cherrios??? How can he be a good little Latter-day Saint and not like Cherrios? Love ya lots
Grandpa
If I were Jacob, I might be just as interested in that reflection staring back at me! It is a very cute one! I love picture #1...haha...now you know why I NEVER have a clean sliding glass door!
OOPS! I meant to say that is a very HANDSOME reflection!
My perspective is a little different having just returned from the St. George Home Show. I love your deck. I can see some snazzy barbeques out there and some exciting patio furniture!
That little boy loves the camera. My brothers loved birds too---especially when they got BB guns!
I love the little hands thrown in the air about the Cherrios. Meredith---get ready for this, loved Vienna sausages cut in little bites. She shutters to think about it now. Finger food always reminds me of ALL the chicken Grandma boiled/steamed for Meredith in her toddler days.
Love your blog; it always makes our day. Love to you and Matt, too.
These are hilarious posts! I love them, what drama that little boy has! I love his eagerness to go outside, his cute messy face, and his fear of Cheerios-which i really hope he can overcome! So cute and fun as always! It looks like spring this year will be one giant adventure for you all! Enjoy!
Love, Chelsea
Oh boy...I can see it now. Jacob's first job will be picking up the pinecones on the deck at 5 cents a piece, or would it have gone up by now with inflation?
